A year of Nintendo Characters!

January 27th's character is Chibi-Robo! No transparent image I could find of him...sorry.



Chibi-Robo is the player-controlled character in the series of the same name. He is a household cleaning device and is intended for that, but he seems to have his own adventure in the original game dealing with tons of characters. He gains many different tools throughout the game, including a tooth brush, Chibi Copter, etc. His first appearance was in Chibi-Robo! and his latest appearance was in Chibi-Robo! Photo Finder.

January 28th's character is Luigi!



Luigi is a character from the Super Mario series, and has also starred in his own spin-off games as well. He is Mario's younger brother, but also taller and thinner than Mario is. He was originally just a Mario palate swap, but now has a different look and his own personality, where he is cowardly and seems to be scared easily. This is especially so in Luigi's Mansion. His first appearance was in Mario Bros. and his latest appearance was in Super Mario 3D World.

January 29th's character is Ness!



Ness is the main character in Earthbound. He is a 13 year old kid who lives in Onett, and has psychic powers. One of his main weapons used during battle is his baseball bat. His appearance is quite obviously based on Ninten from the original game who looks nearly identical, and the name is based off of NES. His first appearance was in Earthbound/Mother 2 and his latest appearance was in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

January 30th's character is Falco Lombardi!



Falco is a character from the StarFox series. He is on the StarFox team and is their best pilot. However, he left StarFox after they defeated Andross in StarFox 64. After returning, he left once again, and is currently not a member of the team as he left in the last new game in the series. He seems to be very brash in the games. His first appearance was in StarFox and his latest appearance was in StarFox 64 3D.

January 31st's character is Andy!



Andy is the main character for a few games in the Advance Wars series. Andy is a Commanding Officer and is the first you are able to control in the game. He is also the only Commanding Officer who cannot give advantages or disadvantages to units on the field. His first appearance was in Advance Wars and his latest appearance was in Advance Wars: Dual Strike. (although not playable in this game)

To start off February, the 1st's character is Bulbasaur!



Bulbasaur is a Pokemon and is considered the very first Pokemon. Bulbasaur is one of the starters available at the beginning of Pokemon Red/Blue. (and remakes of those games) Bulbasaur is a Grass-type Pokemon. His first appearances were in Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue, and his latest appearances were in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y.

February 2nd's character is Ridley!



Ridley is the main villain in the Metroid series. Samus has killed Ridley multiple times, however, has been brought back to life in future Metroid games due to consuming Bio-Matter. He also appeared in Metroid Prime in the "Meta-Ridley" form. His first appearance was in Metroid and his latest appearance was in Metroid: Other M.

February 3rd's character is Mewtwo!



Mewtwo is a Pokemon and is the 150th Pokemon. He is a psychic type and is one of the few Pokemon who have mega transformations. Mewtwo is able to evolve into two different mega forms, Mega Mewtwo X, and Mega Mewtwo Y. He is one of the most popular Pokemon, and was chosen to be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Melee because of this. His first appearances were in Pokemon Red and Pokemon Blue, and his latest appearances were in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y.

So I apparently didn't update this last night, there will be a character now and I'll update it again later, so it'll be back to normal afterwards. :3

February 4th's character is Shulk!



Shulk is one of the main characters in Xenoblade Chronicles. He is one of the only people able to wield the Monado as pictured above. He is 18 years old in the game, and rather than rushing into things, would rather think them through thoroughly beforehand. His one and only appearance was in Xenoblade Chronicles. (and maybe he'll be in X?)

February 5th's character is Blathers!



Blathers is the museum owner in the Animal Crossing series. He will gladly take your fossils, bugs, fish, and paintings for donation to the museum. Because he is an owl, he will often fall asleep in the daytime but be fully awake at night. His first appearance was in Animal Crossing and his latest appearance was in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

February 6th's character is Tingle!



Tingle is a character who appears in some of the Legend of Zelda games. He is obsessed with forest fairies, and will often give you items such as maps for example to help you out along your adventure. In Japan, he has spawned his own spin-off series, however, he is not nearly as popular in other regions, thus it hasn't been released elsewhere. His first appearance was in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and his latest appearance was in The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.

February 7th's character is Viridi!



Viridi is a character in Kid Icarus: Uprising. (not appearing in other games in the series) She is the Goddess of Nature, appearing to be very young, while she actually isn't intelligence-wise. When first introduced, Viridi wanted revenge on the humans for what they were doing to nature (such as cutting down trees, etc.) but she also changes her mind about things as you progress through the game. Her one and only appearance was in Kid Icarus: Uprising.

February 8th's character is Princess Peach!



Princess Peach is a character in the Super Mario series and Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom. She is often kidnapped by Bowser in the games, with Mario having to save her, although has occasionally been playable alongside Mario. She is very kind-hearted. Her first appearance was in Super Mario Bros. and her latest appearance was in Super Mario 3D World.

February 9th's character is Bubbles!



Bubbles is a character from Clu Clu Land, and is the character controlled on screen in that game. In the game, she went on a mission to find the golden ingots stolen from Clu Clu Land by Unira. Her first appearance was in Clu Clu Land and her latest appearance was in DK: King of Swing.
