Do you play games in the light or dark?

I just asked Gameguy this, but it would be a good thread instead. Do you prefer playing games in the light or dark?

Personally I prefer playing them in the dark, as it is easier to see the screen, and in some games, the atmosphere is supposed to be kinda dark. Maybe that's also why I have more fun while I'm playing a game at night, as I seem to always enjoy it more then.

I prefer to play most games in the dark, especially horror games.

I play my games in the dark too. Depending on the game sometimes I'll play with the light on, so it's not like I'm adverse to playing my games with the light on. :3

I prefer to play in the dark, though the light I play with depends on the time of day, naturally it's reliant on the window in the room I play games in that feeds in plenty of light even if the blinds are closed, but when I play at night I just keep the room dark without turning on lights.

I find it hard to see in the dark.

I usually play in the light because everyone turns on the light as soon as they see me looking at a bright screen in the dark.

Unless the suns out, always the dark...

Which is terrible. My eyes already suck. Should be wearing glasses(or contacts) but I don't.
