Yoshi's Island, the GBA remake. I never played the original on Super Nintendo but it seems really similar. The final boss is one of my favorites and I really enjoy the music.

It's hard to say which I prefer, but I guess I prefer them with Baby Mario in them as I enjoyed Yoshi's Island more than Yoshi's Story.

That's pretty tough, I would have to say the time traveling and manipulating. The whole three day thing is what makes it stand out from the other Zelda games and gives it a much more dark themed compared to the rest. I liked the Anju and Kafei sidequest that required all three days to complete, I think it's interesting.

A Link Between Worlds. It makes rupees incredibly useful with the item rental and I liked the choice of completing the dungeons in any order. The wall merging is what makes me really like this game.
