by My favorite is still Zero Mission. It remade the first game so well, and it even added new parts where Samus needs to use her stealth. it also had original Metroid in it, making it my favorite. Super Metroid comes close, but I found Zero Mission to be a bit better.

Honestly my favorite one has to be Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I really like a lot of the story elements & being able to see what the inside of her ship looks like is a huge bonus.

My favorite is Metroid: Other M a tie between Metroid Fusion and Metroid Prime. (which just so happen to have been released on the same day too XD) Metroid Fusion does take a more linear approach, which normally I wouldn't like, especially for Metroid. But I actually really enjoyed it just because I felt the level design was fantastic and I like the story with SA-X. Metroid Prime's atmosphere is perfect and it still looks good even having released 13 years ago. It also has really tight controls and is really fun to play.

Mine would be Prime, the only ones that I played were the original, prime and fusion. Prime was the only one that I was somewhat decent at.
