Here are the rules I made so far. Of course, some patches will be made to improve the gameplay pace and the balance.
(Youtube video of Mario Party 3's Duel Rules)
Here's a quick and short video above which explains all the main rules about the game.
However, there are some small differences which will be explained here.
>>Minor Changes<<
-You will choose your first partner, instead of getting a fixed one depending on your character.
-Instead of having a stamina, you will instead get points when your opponent gets hit, so you can't get knocked out. (1 point for 1 damage, 2 points for 2 damage, and so on)
-The player with more points when 20 turns pass will win the game.
-Game Guy Spaces no longer exist, Bowser Space and an Item Shop has been added.
-There are now items in this game. See the glossary below for the list of them.
-Item Shops will have four items on stock, and you can buy as much as you want, but you have to discard one item when you have more than three items.
-Bowser Spaces always trigger a multiplayer Bowser Mini-game. The loser(s) either lose coins, items, or points.
-Sometimes, normal mini-games will randomly change to steal mini-games where the winner can steal coins, items, or points from the loser, decided by a random roulette.
Here is the glossary, with the list of items, happening space events, and partners. You aren't forced to see them since I will explain them along with the game.
>>Items<<

Warp Block (5c) -- Move to a random space.
Super Mushroom (8c) -- Increases your partners' offense by 1 for next two turns.
POW Block (8c) -- Powers up partners.
