Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water

Fatal Frame V is FINALLY making it's way to the west! Here's the footage:



I'm not 100% sure I want it, but it looks good, and I'm glad they're finally releasing it, even if it took such a long time for them to do so.

Looks kind of frightening, it should be interesting, I'll definitely think about picking it up when it releases. :3

It looks interesting enough and I know some people that are pretty interested in it, I'll probably try it.

^ I don't think so, Nintendo hasn't really been censoring their games lately, I doubt they'd care enough to for a game that's supposed to be like this.

Yeah true. Also, even if they do censor it it's just a bunch of skimpy outfits so I don't think I'll care too much.

Based on Treehouse Live footage, this game looks AMAZING. So excited for this, hopefully it releases in early fall. I need it. x_x

For the western release, the game will be essentially free to start, you'll be able to download and play through the prologue and first few chapters for free before having to pay for the full version.

I like that, it'll give me a chance to play through the beginning just to make sure I like it before buying. When I first read it was free to start it worried me but luckily it's not that kind of free to start.

The first two chapters are free to start, then you can pay $49.99 for the rest.

eShop exclusive?! Everywhere else gets a physical version, that sucks. Oh well, I guess I'll download it, $50 is pretty good too.

While the market is pretty packed this holiday so it makes sense and that's a nice way to get people into the game.

It's pretty nice there are two Nintendo costumes. Zelda and Samus are good choices. I like how they chose Hyrule Warriors Zelda, makes more sense as Koei Techmo are the developers. I'm not that interested in this but I might give it a try.

So I guess this means they took out the skimpy costumes. Pretty pointless of them but I guess the new costumes look pretty cool.

I plan on getting this eventually, thought I wish they didn't limit the physical copy to the LE.
