Picross 3D 2

Post by Winters Thief Zero on Wed Aug 19, 2015 3:35 pm

Not sure how many Picross fans there are but I figured I post this anyway. Picross 3D 2 was just announced for Nintendo 3DS! It releases in October in Japan, and unknown date in the west. Here's details:

- 300 3D puzzles
- various themes including food, animals, buildings, etc.
- several difficulty levels
- optional hints
- scanning an amiibo will allow you to unlock a special puzzle based on that very character
- supported amiibo include:

Mario
Peach
Luigi
Yoshi
Toad
Bowser
Link
Kirby
Meta Knight
King DeDeDe

Seems pretty cool! I never played the first 3D one but I might check it out if it's cheap enough.

I might give it a try at some point. I have so many other puzzle games in my backlog though.

Never even realised there was a Picross 3D number one, lol

I'd imagine the amiibo would give you a new puzzle or few.
