[RUMOUR] Rare Replay Could Come to Wii U?

So some guy tweeted Microsoft Studios about bringing Rare Replay to the Wii U, and they said to tell that to Rare.
Now, I know this is so minimal, but most for the time you wouldn't even get a reply, this shows, that Microsoft would actually be interesting in publishing Rare Replay for the Wii U if Rare wanted to port it.
I won't get my hopes up, but this would be insane.

Even if this is significant in any way or indicative of it actually coming to Wii U, I don't think it's a big deal. These games were already originally available on Nintendo platforms, so it'd just be a way to get some extra money. If they were to make a new game (which Rare is already doing on the One) it'd be a completely different situation. They'd want people to buy their console to play the new game, whereas with the titles available on Rare Replay, people already have the option of playing it on a Nintendo platform without the game actually coming to Wii U.

15 of these games are available on Nintendo consoles, the other 15 are not.
That's only 1/2 of the games.

^ Almost all of the ones not available on a Nintendo platform aren't on Xbox either outside of Rare Replay, that's really just Nuts and Bolts and Perfect Dark Zero.

But either way I don't expect this to happen.

Plus Conker had a remake that didn't make Rare Replay.

That would certainly be interesting to see. I don't think that will happen really but it would be a pleasant surprise. With a fair number of games originating on Nintendo platforms, I think Rare could possibly do it if they wanted to. They'd probably put games like Banjo-Kazooie on Wii U Virtual Console instead.

Completely doubt this would happen though, not that I honestly care or anything about those games tbh (there's no Donkey Kong Country in them. ).

^ I do have to wonder, if Rare Replay were to come to Wii U, would they add in those games like DKC and Goldeneye? Obviously they weren't able to include those games in the original, but if it were on a Nintendo console, they could probably obtain the rights to use them. (even if they could already be downloaded on VC :p)

I doubt they will port an Xbox One exclusive to the Wii U. It's pretty much like asking Nintendo to bring there games to other systems.
