No more Smash Bros. Patches

Hoping for more patches to come for character adjustments for Smash Bros?
Too bad, Sakurai has told everyone that there will be no more updates as of the last DLC release.

Too bad though, because some characters still feel like they needed to be fixed (Corrin and Bayonetta mostly).

It seems like there could definitely be more balancing, but after such a long period of time supporting the game, I understand there being no more updates. I'm still hoping that doesn't include eventual price drops on the DLC though.

Bayonetta and Corrin are not super broken so it's not that big of a deal and here is the source.

^ I haven't played since before the most recent patch, but since when is Samus a sucky character? Isn't she like the most powerful one in the entire game? If anything she's probably overpowered in terms of normal smash attacks.

^ Power Suit Samus? Many people consider Zero Suit Samus to be one of the best but there's many saying regular Samus is incredibly weak. I played against a really good Samus so she can be used well. I find a few of her attacks to be lacking. The charge shot is pretty good though.

I'm surprised they're not going to release at least one final patch after Corrin and Bayonetta. It's certainly understandable for there to be no more patches. I believe Corrin could have used some decrease on the power of their counter special, it's shockingly strong. Everything else seems fine. None of the characters are broken. Hopefully no major game breaking glitches are discovered and they won't make a patch. I think they would for that reason though.
