Xbox One S

So it looks like Scorpio has leaked literally a day before Microsoft's conference, it seems we're never safe from the E3 leaks. It's official final title will be Xbox One S, it will be slightly slimmer than the original model, includes 4K support, 2TB of storage, and a vertical stand.

No price yet but I'm willing to bet it'll end up being like $100 more than the regular model because it's Microsoft and the "amazing" new features will "warrant" the price. :p Still I guess Microsoft is way ahead of the game here with Sony not revealing NEO at E3 and Nintendo not revealing NX. It seems like the XOne S will be released this holiday season.

It's not the Scorpio it's just a different version of the Xbox One that is smaller. Reports are that the Scorpio is not coming until 2017 so nobody has made the first move yet.

Xbox One S will be priced at $299.

I was DEINITELY not expecting such a low price for the S, that's honestly really surprising coming from Microsoft. I would've thought it'd be a hell of a lot more expensive than the regular model but it's even cheaper.

Yea, M$ just announced it TODAY & with Recore shown I think I might be investing in an Xbone just to get a game that plays something close to a Metroid game since I refuse to play Federation Foarce.

^ Yes and I'm making a thread for ReCore when the conference is over because it looks SO GOOD.

Also they announced that the new Xbox One S controller will have customizable features and parts, allowing you to have different colors for different parts of the controller. (like the face, the buttons, control sticks, etc.) by creating your custom controller on xbox.com.

I guess this will let Microsoft keep up with Sony until Scorpio comes out. I still think it's kind of pointless to release the Slim at all though when you have a better version coming out next year.

I'm guessing the Slim is better then the older first gen Xbone is. My guess is that the Xbone Scorpio will be more powerful when running VR compared to the original release or even the slim version.
