Ooctopath Traveler

The Project Traveler game will be a Switch exclusive. A demo is available today.





Nintendo really wants this game to do while do to it being the only 3rd party game to get it's own spotlight section. It really does seem like the Bravely series with a little more generic characters.

I went ahead & downloaded the demo so I could play it & see if I like it. I haven't played it yet, but yea it kind of does remind me a lot of Bravely Default, but the pixel style is one I can't resist. More so since it reminds me a lot of FFVI. xp

Octopath Traveler will travel on to the Nintendo Switch on July 13th.



I really enjoyed the demo so I will be picking this up. I also see this being the best Square Enix RPG of the year after a few lackluster RPG games they released lately according to fans.

I've really enjoyed the demo of Octopath Traveler myself. I can't wait to get into the story/game & see where it takes me. :3

BUMP. I beat all but 4 character's stories & honestly.. I don't see the point of beating everyone's stories if they don't connect any. I might try to beat Ophilia's story just to see the ending. But everyone else I'm meh with tbh. I do like the knight Olberic, but I'm ok if I don't beat his story. :p I've beaten the story for: Primrose, H'aanit, Alfyn, & Tressa alternatively though.

A final boss is unlocked after you beat all 8 stories and clear a set side quest.

Yea, but you see the credits roll depending on who's story you pick first. I still don't see the point. I might go back to OT after I've beaten some of the games I'm playing on atmo.
