The new Animal Crossing for mobile has finally been reveled. This time around you will be a camp manger.

From what I could tell it looks very pay to build unless you want to wait 3 days for something to be built. With hat said this idea is something you can really only do on mobile and it could end up being the next mobile hit while fans wait for the Switch game.

I'm honestly surprised at how fully featured this game seems to be considering it's a mobile release. All of Nintendo's other mobile games have had extensive content, but they still only felt like minor releases. I'm definitely gonna be playing this when it's available, it looks fun!

Looks very Animal Crossing. XD But the whole paying for nook bucks is a bit unnerving. I'm just glad you can earn them in game outside of 'paying' for them. =_="

It seems like this game was redone from the ground up at least once.

It makes sense do to how many times this game got delayed and it seems like they changed from Happy Home Designer mobile to a more fleshed out version of the campground from New Leaf. I also think they learned from Heroes and will also provide regular updates.

I just downloaded & started up a file on Pocket Camp & I have to say that I think it's a bit laggy tbh. Also, what's up with KK Slider being the one who greets you when you start the game up? xD

KK Slider actually greets you when you first start up the Gamecube one(it's the animals living in your town after any other starts).

Rover has been the one since DS, I believe.

As for Pocket Camp... I like it. There isn't much to do, however. That makes it difficult to really enjoy the game. I also wish there were more fish and bugs. Hopefully more better events in the future because the constant rinse and repeat of doing requests and crafting gets extremely repetitive.

I shouldn't expect much from a mobile game, however.

There is a lot that can be improved over time(like selecting multiple items to sell or selecting multiple friends to help in the quarry). It's a pain doing it individually. Being able to buy your friends items in the market box WITHOUT visiting them would also be a nice addition(as well as seeing everything they have for sell without visiting them). It's annoying going to every single friends camp for that(that's the only way to give people kudos too unless they happen to just be visiting your islands).

If anything this game has done, it really makes me yearn for an AC Switch game and makes me miss the days of DS Animal Crossing. lol
