    Person 2: The apple has a worm in it. I wish Caught all the pokemon
    Person 3: The pokemon have no moves. I wish I had a laptop.
    etc...

    I wish I had AIDS!

    Granted, but you find out that you're the unborn child of Razor; thus, creating nightmares to haunt your life.
