I don't actually watch anime really, but of those series that I've watched or had some exposure in, I kinda liked Nanoha As and Super robot Wars OG Divine Wars (never finished The Inspector). OVA wise... rebirth of Evangelion 2 (well the bit I watched) was b/a and so was Fate/stay night: unlimited blade works

Depends on context. If its for ventilation purposes, windows for sure. For cooling, we don't use fans in our house so we'd use the air-con (but with windows opened too for ventilation) but in school we used to have fans on instead of open windows.
