[Rumor] Diddy Kong Racing Sequel

" A Game Faqs member claims that a sequel to Diddy Kong Racing is in the works for Wii U. The member, who goes bythe name yakkiduck, says Monster Games is working on the project, which is supposedlyreleasing sometime next year.

The member also says the unconfirmedgame will feature an adventure mode, online multiplayer, Miiverse implementation, andplayers will be able to race as their Mii characters."

I hope this is true actually, Diddy Kong Racing was fun. I'd like to see how they do this on the Wii U as well.

I would like a sequel, however I am fine with Diddy staying in Mario Kart.

Yeah they brought Diddy in some time ago and also brought in Funky recently. But to actually get a sequel to game I'm just terrible at would be interesting. i suck at it, but I remember loving the game anyway.

It's been confirmed that they are not working on a Diddy Kong Racing sequel. I don't care at all, honestly.

I will just use Diddy Kong in Mario Kart Wii U.

I disliked the first Diddy Kong Racing... never got to play the DS one, but I doubt it would of changed my mind much...

EDIT: Oh, I misread Zero's post, I thought it had been confirmed. Point still stands, any reboot to this series wouldn't interest me.
