Pikmin 3

What do you think of Pikmin 3 from what we've seen so far?
I think there should be more new Pikmin types.
Although we may find out more later.

It looks good so far, the map with the controller is pretty nice, and four players'll definitely be interesting.

It is nice seeing the White Pikmin make a return.

^ That looks cool, I hope to see more new Pikmin though (I actually would've preferred another new one instead of having the White Pikmin again) Still, nice to see them return I suppose.

You can take pictures with the gamepad and post them on Miiverse.

I don't think I will use Miiverse for that.

I probably won't do that...but it might be useful for the game. :3

Those screenshots look pretty cool.

Pikmin 3 will feature off-TV play. I suppose that's nice to have for this game. :3

That boss fight looks very good.

I'm really likin' that boss. It looks like it would be easier to control with the gamepad though, I would probably use the gamepad.

Looks like Olimar won't be in this.
That's bad....

Yeah, considering Olimar is pretty much the main character used in Pikmin, I don't see why he isn't playable in this...of course it technically isn't confirmed he's not in it, but since he wasn't shown in the characters, it seems he isn't.

Maybe Olimar needs to be saved or something?

Oh. That actually...well, that really seems like it would be the official story line for the game. That would be a little interesting...hopefully if that turns out to be what you have to do, you would unlock Olimar as a character.

Pikmin 3 is coming out on August 4th.

Pikmin 3: In addition to new Rock Pikmin, the new game also
introduces flying Winged Pikmin that follow the player and can carry
items in the air. The game launches in stores and in the Nintendo eShop
on Aug. 4.



That new flying Winged Pikmin is a cool add.
