The Year of Luigi

^ But I feel like that would have to have been in development longer than just 10 months unless there were barely any content at all. For all we know, Paper Luigi is Intelligent Systems' current work in progress on Wii U to be released at the end of the year. And Reggie never specifically stated how long it would continue in 2014, just that it would continue into 2014. So it's not impossible Queen. :3

I would rather see Intelligent Systems working on a Super Paper Mario 2 since they did say that the next game could be more like Super Paper Mario or Sticker Star. If it's like Super Paper Mario Mario, Luigi, Peach, Rosalina, Bowser and maybe Yoshi could be the main characters and partners can return in place of the pixals. It will likely be Sticker Star 2 though since it's the best selling Paper Mario game to date.

I actually would prefer a new title if it's actually GOOD unlike Sticker Star. But a Paper Luigi going by the Luigi story from TTYD would be awesome, and probably would still be different enough from TTYD to make it a 'new' game really.

If they were going for a new Paper Mario, I'd probably want them to go with original RPG style, but to have partners like in Mario RPG, the main characters plus some others.

^ Yeah, that's exactly how I'd want a new Paper Mario to be. But I'd still prefer for a Paper Luigi to be made honestly. It'd be fun to explore the Waffle Kingdom lol.

But if there is no Paper Luigi, is there anything else Luigi-related that you guys think will happen in the next 2 months? (or possibly longer)

I think there will just be more Luigi items for Club Nintendo and maybe a small eShop game if lucky.

I'm just glad that the year of Luigi is over. I do find it strange how Nintendo of Japan picked that Year of Yoshi picture though and Nintendo of America also posted a picture of Luigi and Yoshi on the last day of the year of Luigi.

Well then, it almost wouldn't make sense if Nintendo didn't make it the Year of Yoshi. But I really don't think we need another character's year...but yeah it does seem likely with those hints, but Nintendo is probably just messing around with us and it won't actually be the Year of Yoshi.
