Oh wait; you think waiting 30 days is bad? From what I read on EuroGamer; things only get worse.
Contrary to what Zero posted above[1]; if an authorized person is playing a game you own via the Cloud on another XBOX One console, only they can play it. You can not play a game at the same time as someone else is using that same install via the Cloud on another console.
Also, if you play on another XBOX One with your account, you must sign into the internet every hour instead of the usual 24 hours. This means basically you may as well be always online if you don't use your own XBOX One.
What I wonder is; what happens when the console breaks down and the consumer has to go out & purchase another one? Does the consumer have to remain online every hour for all the games they had on the old console in order for it to work? O-o
