Nintendo Zone – now able to get Street passes via Nintendo Zone. Street pass the last person that connected to it, and get the one for the person after you. Go to nintendo.com/3DS/NintendoZone for locations. These street passes also apply to the plaza and use them in all games, including the recently released 4 games.

Pikmin 3 coming to GameStops all around the US this weekend. If you pre-order the download code from Gamestop, you can get it a day early.

Earthbound launches today, at $9.99 on the Wii U eShop includes online game guide, accessible on the GamePad.

Yeah I watched this earlier. Earthbound on VC, that's awesome, I might go and purchase that on the eShop later today or tomorrow.

I really don't want to download Pikmin 3, but getting it a day early, well I might have to preorder that. :3

Also, I'm surprised there wasn't a Year of Luigi puzzle panel already, it probably won't be that great though, I'm not excited for a puzzle panel.

I was hopeing for Iwata or Reggie to host the Nintendo Direct mini for North America. 
Then again there was hardly anything new so it makes since that Bill did this one.
The best part of the Nintendo Direct was when they said that Earthbound was out toady and that Mario Party 3DS and TLOZALBW are still in track for November. Anyway I expect a regular Nintendo Direct in a few weeks were Iwata shows more gameplay on Mario Party 3DS, A Link Between Worlds and maybe Donkey Kong Countrey Tropical Freeze, Super Mario 3D World and Wii Party U. I also think he will talk about the Wii U system update.

^ And Wii Fit U. I think they'll also talk about a 3DS system update that allows for Miiverse, Nintendo said we would be getting Miiverse on the 3DS a while ago as well as on smartphones and PCs. We already got it on PCs and smartphones so...

Yeah also Wii Fit U. As for the 3DS system update, that might be saved for a winter Nintendo Direct.

I'd like to see Miiverse on 3DS earlier than that, because I'm assuming if they're adding Miiverse, then they'd also add Nintendo Network IDs to the 3DS as well. Those would be so much easier than FCs, plus we would get different users on one 3DS.
