I expect new gameplay on Animal Crossing New Leaf, Donkey Kong Countrey Returns 3D, Mario and Luigi Dream Team and Mario Golf World Tour. They also might show the new Zelda for the 3DS and announce that Sega is working on the next installment of the Mario & Sonic Olympic game series for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.
There might also be a few Wii U games show and the system update will be talked about.
Like I said before E3 will focus more on the Wii U with Nintendo Direct around.

I don't think any of it will be about the Wii U, except maybe the update. I don't think they will announce Zelda 3DS, there might not even be one with already having Ocarina of Time 3D. (even so it's still likely...) And again I forgot about M&L Dream Team, they'll probably show that.

Most likely, because the update is coming out next week. The post also said something about first party Wii U games. So Pikmin 3, The Wonderful 101 and Wii Fit U might be shown
