Generation 5. Mainly because,
1. I like the Unova region.
2. They decapitalized the Pokemon names.
3. TMs can be used forever!
4. There's lot less HM use.

@Gameguy: I think that's a great idea. I usually had to forfiet one of my Pokemon's space as a 'HM slave'. That didn't help since HM skills aren't that useful. If they were replaced by the items, I could make a powerful team where all 6 pokemons can be useful.

Not really. The game itself is pretty great, and I haven't seen anybody putting Mother 3 on their favorite RPG lists.
