1. Metroid Fusion

2. In Metroid Fusion, Samus explores the surface of SR388. She finds an X-Parasite there which can control your bidy and kill you afterward. Samus is then infected. Metroid Fusion is a 2D side-scrolling Metroid game, and is the last one to date. It keeps the huge world you can explore like the other games, and gives Samus new abilities like absorbing parasites and grabbing onto ledges.

2. The first of the Metroid Prime trilogy, it uses a first-person perspective instead of the typical side-scrolling. Gameplay is taken from previous Metroid games in ways like platforming, upgrades, and exploration.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
The game is set six months after the events of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and before the events of Metroid II: Return of Samus. The story follows bounty hunter Samus Aran as she assists the Galactic Federation in its fight against the Space Pirates. While fending off a Space Pirate assault, Samus and her fellow bounty hunters are attacked by her doppelgänger, Dark Samus, who incapacitates them with a mutagenic material called Phazon. After losing contact with the other hunters, the Federation sends Samus on a mission to determine what happened to them. During the course of the game, Samus works to prevent the Phazon from spreading from planet to planet while being slowly corrupted by the Phazon herself.

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

Metroid Prime 2: Echoes retains many gameplay elements from the original Metroid Prime, a game that initially had met with mixed reactions from fans and critics alike when it was announced for the first time that it would use a first-person perspective; however, the original Metroid Prime was found to stay true to the traditional gameplay of the Metroid series, focusing primarily on non-linear exploration, with occasional bouts of combat. Likewise, Metroid Prime 2 encourages players to explore huge areas, solve numerous puzzles, and defeat enemies when they're present. Weapons, tools, and expansions can be obtained during the adventure, and progress is based on usage of those items and defeat of bosses.

However, Metroid Prime 2 also features new additions, including the exploration of an alternate world, new items, and a multiplayer mode.

Metroid: Zero Mission
Metroid: Zero Mission is a remake of the original Metroid. It was released by Game Boy Advance. There are many graphical/sound updates, and the gameplay now more resemebles the more recent Metroid games. There is also the original NES game included in this game.
