Nintendo Loses Court Case Against CIS

Nintendo has lost a court case against Creative Integrative Systems who said Nintendo ripped off the design of their ROM chips used in Nintendo consoles for "years." CIS is now filing a $7 million law suit.

I really think these patent laws are starting to get too insane. You shouldn't be able to be sued for making a chip that looks pretty similar to some other company's chips. >_>
