by DS Wario Stadium is by far my favorite retro track in Mario Kart 8, and I didn't even like it that much in Mario Kart DS. I love what they've done with it here though, since you can do the tricks, which I always wanted to do in the original track after playing Mario Kart Wii. 
But even then, there's the anti-gravity section which I love, then the water section, and the air section, and they just make the track feel like a completely new track.
