Should the 3D Feature Return on Nintendo's Next Handheld?

With the release of the 2DS last year, and less emphasis on the 3DS' 3D feature, do you think the feature will return on Nintendo's next handheld? And do you want it to return?

Personally, I really like using the 3D. I know many don't, but that's why the 3D slider is available. You can turn it off at any time if you don't want to use it. So because of this, I think the 3D should be an option on their next handheld. (really, the next handheld imo, I doubt there will be another Sony handheld )

The 3D fad is over. 2D screenings of movies are pulling in more money than 3D. It's finished.

I would rather see them add something new to the next handheld like 4D or something.

I think they will keep 3D- Nintendo usually don't trash graphical advancements of their consoles/handhelds.

^ Well, stereoscopic 3D isn't exactly a graphical advancement. But I guess it does affect the graphics in some cases.

While that's true, Nintendo starts developing their consoles pretty early on in the previous console's life. Perhaps their next handheld started development before people stopped being crazy about 3D.

I highly doubt 4D will ever happen. But I'm with you.

I don't know about the 4th dimension- I don't really think Nintendo would make a 4DS before a 4D movie is actually introduced.

^ We can't comprehend 4D. That's pretty much impossible. Although I could see them creating a 4DS where you can just more immersed in the world or something like that, through some form of Virtual Reality.
