Smash Live Newcomer Reveal!

So we don't have to wait until the next Direct, I think that's pretty cool. And he specifically says it's nearing the end of new challenger "videos." I'm sure there will be a few others hidden in the game as always, so I'm not worried about it. I think it'll be Chrom honestly, but personally I'd like to see Ridley. XD

Ridley is not too big. Sakurai keeps talking about how "size doesn't matter in Smash Bros." So anyone could be in no matter how big.

But yeah I'd be fine with Chrom, and it's likely him, Shulk, or the Chorus Men. (because of that leak...there's no way that leak isn't true, so it probably won't be a big surprise :/)

I think it will be Shulk or Chrom and if it's Shulk Meta Knight might be shown fighting him since Marth and Ike will likely be the ones in the focus of the the Chrom trailer. Also the bottom of the stash might be one more trailer likely Chrom and who's to say that some characters won't be hidden with no trailer or more trailers are going to be shown after release.

Though I'm not into the Smash Bro's series: AT ALL. I call Bayonetta being announced.

^ As much as I would LOVE for Bayonetta to be a playable character in Smash Bros. I just don't see it happening at this point. Maybe it's just the fact that there are already like 3 third party characters (4 if Snake returns), and Sakurai said he doesn't want to have too many. :p

It's Shulk. Practically confirmed, since he's one of the 3 Gematsu leaked characters, and Monolith Soft retweeted the Smash Bros. newcomer reveal tweet from Sakurai. And the fact that the Japanese want him so badly. XD

And yeah, I took it as there are only a couple more reveal trailers, not that there are only a couple more newcomers. Who knows what other characters are hidden, I completely agree with you Gameguy.

^ That would be more interesting. But I don't see how they can pair Shulk up with a returning character, unless that character is completely chosen at random. (or if it winds up not being Shulk, I know I'm just assuming )
