I'm with Cubone, as I tend to just go to sleep when I get tired. I also try to go to sleep as early as possible if I need to wake up early the next day. So on days like that, I usually go to sleep at around 11 pm, possibly a bit earlier. Otherwise, anywhere from 10 to 3 am.
