Sonic Colors

Sonic Colors is a Wii and DS game, which is a normal Sonic platformer game. In the Wii version (the only version I've played) it takes the idea of both 2D and 3D segments, which is a creative idea imo, something they only really do in Sonic games. It also has 'Wisps' which have special abilities to use, such as white boost, which gives you a speed boost. I thought the Wisps were cool, and I'm glad they're being brought back again in Sonic Lost World.

By far the one of the best recent Sonic games following the disaster of Secret Rings, Black Knight and Unleashed.(Unleashed was at least half decent)

Even though this game is super short I had tons of fun with it when I owned it. Never played the DS version but it looks like a completely different game in my view.

^ It really is a completely different game. While it follows the same storyline, it's levels are completely different and are all in 2D. (although I've never played the DS version, so I can't exactly say)

I agree with you though, Secret Rings and Unleashed were just terrible. (never played Black Knight, so I can't say for that one) I really thought this was a huge improvement on those games.

Colors is awesome, both the Wii one and the DS one has its own strength, and it's just plain fun to play. The only bad thing is that the game is pretty short. It's just sad that Sega decided to ruin Sonic after getting control back with this and Generations, really. (*cough*Lostworld*cough*Boom)
