    I would like to say the whole game of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
    It's very disturbing to think that all your favorite characters are going to die in three days.

    In Kirby: Triple Deluxe in a multiplayer mode, when Kirby dies, a Kirby with a halo floats up to the top of the screen, and Kirby's dead body just stays there until you stop playing. Razz

    And there's been a couple of jokes in some games that one might consider disturbing. Although I can't name a specific game.
