by I almost unlocked every character! This is the order I got them in and how I unlocked them and ways I found that can also unlock them.
Dr. Mario: I beat classic with Mario on 5.0. You can also play 70 Vs Matches
Falco: I cleared classic twice even though he can also be gotten after playing it once or by 20 VS Matches
Dark Pit: I cleared classic 3 times. You can also play 50 VS Matches
Ness: He's unlocked after clearing classic twice or by playing 10 Vs Matches but, he popped up after I did Smash Run as Luigi since Dr. Mario over ride his unlock.
Wario: I cleared Multi-Man 100 Man Battle. Play just 30 VS Matches if you want him faster.
Bowser Jr: I beat classic on 7.0 with Bowser. 100 Vs Matches will also net you him.

Duck Hunt: He kind of just showed up at random since I did not play 110 Matches or beat classic with 15 characters.
Lucina: She showed up after I beat classic with 9 characters. Even though you get her by playing 40 VS Matches or by clearing classic as Marth with no continues.
Mr. Game and Watch: I cleared classic with 10 characters. 90 Vs Matches is the other way to get him.
Ganondorf: I beat classic as Link on higher then 5.0. You can also clear classic with Zelda on 5.0 or higher. 80 Vs Matches will also work.
