Yeah, but hey, it's the thought that counts as they say. (although I guess with Secret Santa you kind of have to get a gift XD) Surely you can do something with the code.

Yeah, it's a pretty nice phone. I suppose I can use the 3G internet if my internet ever fails to connect or something. I was fine with my non-Smart Phone though.

^ You could regift it or something like that. I don't know. It does kind of suck that you won't be able to use the gift though.

My family had a nice Christmas dinner. We usually have a special lasagna for Christmas, then some kind of meat and a few other sides. The Lasagna was fantastic as usual, I almost died eating turkey though, I wasn't expecting it to be so dry, it made my mouth feel horrible for at least 10 minutes after that. XD Some people in my family are good at cooking food, others not so much, lol.

Also, it's an American code I'm sure.
So technically, there's no possible way of me using it...

^ What? The eShop is region-locked too? >_> I had no idea that was the case. I'm glad Nintendo said they're going to make future devices region-free. I hope that's true, I believe them just because the Amiibos are region-free.

I know, I can't buy eShop Cards in the US, yet I can buy retail games here.

^ It's annoying for sure. I don't travel outside of the US, but it's just a huge inconvenience and pointless to implement in their hardware/software anyway. Just let me use anything anywhere, Nintendo...

I was given Super Smash Bros. for Wii U as a late Christmas gift! And I almost bought it myself. I instead decided to pick up 2 other Wii U games. I can't play any of them until I get back home though.

I found out that my nephew got the Super Smash Bro's for the 3DS for Christmas & asked me if I had the game. I was like, no sorry. He told me he wanted to play a match with me & I just shrugged. XD Though we did end up playing some Animal Crossing New Leaf together; via local wifi so we did end up having some time playing together in his town & him in mine. :3

Honestly I'd rather some one buy Smash Bro's for me in the end; since I won't buy it.. xp

Zero what games did you get?

^ I posted them in the Last Game You Got thread, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. :3 I'm finally catching up on those Wii U games I missed, but I still need Bayonetta 2. And I also need to actually play those games I just got first. XD So many Wii U games...

Nice. I mean, I'd buy Smash for you as a Christmas gift if I had the money and if I thought you'd actually enjoy the game, but I doubt you would honestly, and I'm pretty much broke.

Yea, but it's still a sweet gesture to think of me; so thank you for thinking of me at least. ^^ And btw; I would play it but only with my nephew. xp

Does anyone have any plans for New Year's Day? I wil likely just stay home since everywhere is crowed on that day.
