^ Agh, well, you did say you were planning to get it the 11th anyway. Hope you can manage to find a copy then! I remember trying to find my copy of Smash 3DS and it being sold out for weeks in my area, I guess I'm lucky I was able to find Splatoon at the third store I went to.

Every store in my area still has Splatoon and the last game that sold out around here where bogus versions of Smash 4. I hope you find the game soon though and I guess Walmart is your only store around that sells games?

^ Huh, maybe you live in a bigger area so it's stocked more. Nintendo games tend to sell out quickly in my area.

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
Yesterday I was watching videos with my mom and suddenly we heard a huge boom outside and the power went out briefly. We have no idea what that was, but it could'a been a transformer. We've had problems with those years before and it strangely happens during this time of year. Earlier before that happened the lights in the house kept flickering.
Thankfully it wasn't anything more serious.

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
^ Wow, well it's good you managed to get it fixed! I wonder what would've caused it to go out, if it happens this time of year, maybe the temperatures have something to do with it?

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
We thought the sudden change in temperature was the cause which could very well be the reason.
It really freaked us out, though. lol
I haven't been to the hospital in years or the dentist. YOU CAN DO IT! BRAVE THE TORTURE!!! (๑و•̀ω•́)و

^ Well you're lucky, I shouldn't have made an appointment to begin with. XD Thanks I hope I can make it through it! I have to go in like 15 minutes.
And yeah, the sudden temperature change seems like a likely cause.

Yep. Walmart is the only store in my area that sells video games. If you are a video game fan in the area I live, it's either Walmart or Digital!
But then again, I didn't go to Walmart to buy Splatoon, I was taking a peep in the Gaming section. I did see a Splatoon Cardboard cut-out display in the same section near the amiibo. It was kinda like this, but of course in a cardboard cut-out for display:
@TheJumpingJellypopofJoy:
That happened to me in January, the fact that it was like almost 25 degrees outside and people were trying to get warm caused the power the go out. It came back on 2 hours later.

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
Lately I've been getting games digitally if it's available in that format. I have NO IDEA what made me change. Maybe it's because I love the convienence of not carrying around games. It's funny! I preferred physical over digital before!

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
I tend to get physical over digital whenever I can; I only go for digital if I can't get a physical copy of the game. But over time my guess is that all gaming will become digital. It's the way things tend to be going impo. ^^;

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
I tend to prefer physical over digital, even if digital is more convenient. I like having the boxart for some reason...of course, if the game is only available digitally I'll get it that way, but I guess I just like owning the disc. And I certainly hope everything doesn't go all digital in the near future Queen!
@Derpy
Well that sucks, I guess gaming isn't too big in your area then. At least you have one store you can go to for games!

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
Well if gamers cow-tow to just allowing digital games to be sold to them without demanding the physical copies; then eventually it's going to become a digital gaming world. The PSPGo is a testament to that; though I have no idea how well it did in sales. xp

Re: The Anything Thread (4)
^ Well if you knew how well it sold, you wouldn't have mentioned it, let's just say that. XD But then again, Sony handhelds haven't sold well AT ALL since the original PSP, so I guess it depends on the situation. If Nintendo released a digital only version of the New 3DS XL, people would still buy it I'd wager.
I went out to eat tonight which was nice. ^^
