I guess we will get a release date and if the Treehouse is playing the game it might be sooner then we think.

Yes! Hopefully this DOES mean we're getting the game in the west sooner than a lot of us thought. Hopefully we'll get a release date. I'm not able to watch it unfortunately.

It'd be funny if I'm right & there's a May release. (I'm just sayin. xp) I read about the Direct happening & thought it was meant for today; until I realized that it's actually for tomorrow. Oppsie. XD

^ I still highly doubt it, Splatoon releases in May, and being that it's their next major new IP, it would probably overshadow this in their eyes. I'm thinking if they reveal the release date in this Direct, it'll be early-mid June. Although I was thinking it would be later in the year knowing Nintendo, but this came out of nowhere!
