Please no clones....

^ Well it is Mario Kart (or Nintendo Kart really, Gameguy has a bunch of Nintendo characters there too) they already have TONS of clones. Although for the non-Mario ones that do have clones, you could replace Dark Pit with Viridi, Ninten with Paula, and use Olimar, Brittany, and the President for Pikmin instead of the characters chosen.

Still, this isn't Smash Bros, so it's not like some characters that look completely different could be considered clones. (in my opinion)
