Data mining reveals more weapons, playable Octolings?

Those are all in addition to those other leaked weapons and maps that still haven't shown up yet. It does seem really obvious that they're planning to add the Octolings at some point, but who knows when they'll end up being added. Maybe they'll be part of another major update for the game or something?

I'm getting tired of all the leaks and it's a good thing that map was shown in a trailer before. I'm also not sure how the hats would work on Octolings at all.

I doubt the playable octoling is a thing as of the moment. I'm not saying it's not possible, because an octoling does play EXACTLY like an Inkling, but if you hear what they say happened after the video you'll see what I doubt it.

But honestly, I think they're working on it. There were some new Octoling models found after the update released that weren't there before, and the whole official art of the Octoling without goggles just seems way too suspicious. I won't be too surprised if they don't make it in, but I'm honestly kind of counting on it at this point based on what information we have.

While the model still looks like the Inkling a bit so I'm sure they hacked it after all. I also feel like it would be a smart idea to save the Octoling for a sequel.

At this point I'm pretty Nikki and others just hacked the Octoling over the Inkling Girl. The updates are ending in just a month and I doubt the team ever had plans to make a male version of them with a much smaller team.
