What do you think should be the punishment for doing something like this?
Personally, I suppose just jail time and nothing more. Then again, I have no idea if he was actually physically doing stuff to children. All it says is he was in POSSESSION OF. If he was, then that is disgusting. I don't find it any harmful if it was just a collection of photos he found somewhere...but ugh. Doing stuff to children like this is just disgusting.
Also, omg all these jokes about this I'm seeing on Facebook... LOL
Ex-Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges, according to reports from multiple Indianapolis news outlets.
According to three local TV stations, Fogle will accept a plea deal Wednesday. The U.S. Attorney's Office will discuss the deal and charges against Fogle Wednesday afternoon, reports say.
In July, authorities descended on the Zionsville, Indiana, home where Fogle lives with his wife and two children in a raid that lasted 11 hours while they removed electronics from the house. Fogle's lawyer Ron Elberger told PEOPLE that the 37-year-old was cooperating with officials.
In a statement released the day of the raid, Subway announced that they were severing ties with Fogle, who first appeared in a commercial for the fast food chain in 2000.
"Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation," Subway said in a statement. "Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take."
