Midna, always & forever.

While I'd put Zelda as a close second, I really do like Midna. It's actually kind of ironic as Twilight Princess is one of my least favorites in the series, but I think she was a great character, especially after ones like Navi. :p

Zelda I really enjoyed having around in Spirit Tracks too though.

Midna is the best one out of all those options.

Should Mr. Resetii be optional like in New Leaf or should he return to always yelling at the player when the game is reset no matter what?

I'd prefer if he stayed optional. A lot of people are annoyed by him, especially with kids where he could be frightening to them. (at least according to the box for City Folk XD)
