The red haired girl is Guide-san, the support character that guides you through tutorials, you can see what appears to be the Kaiba Corp logo on her hat.

Sadly I think Konami is just looking for some quick cash with this title after how basic Duel Carnival was. With that said I'm hoping the game turns out pretty good.
