Strangest glitches you have encountered?

What are the strangest glitches you've encountered? I recall seeing some strange graphical glitch in the Nintendo 64 Mario Parties with the dice block. The number rolled becomes distorted for that character. It was odd, I think my Nintendo 64 just made a slight error reading the cartridge.

Mario phasing through buildings in Delfino Plaza and falling into nothingness in Super Mario Sunshine. There's sone rare occasions it just happened to me for no reason. It's more hilarious than strange to me though.

It's so weird and creepy! I have no idea how that could happen.

Another less creepy but still strange glitch was one I encountered in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door a couple years ago. Note that at this point I had already played through the game multiple times, so I knew what I was doing. At a point in the train chapter, I just couldn't go forward. Somehow the game glitched and something I was supposed to be able to blow off with Flurrie wouldn't come off.

The glitch with the Nintendo Badge arcade where if you try to go for a badge that is half way onto a small ledge, the crane will just hang there for 20 minutes or so, it's kinda weird.

I have a lot with MKWii, like the MG Glitch, Coconut Mall OOB, Maple Treeway OOB, and more!
I also love doing the Infinite Lives glitch in the SMB series.

I gotta say the weirdest was in NSMBWii, where in 4-Castle, if you positioned a Koopa correctly, punched the climbing wall, and threw an ice pellet, the "koopa" would spawn tons of coins. The game would also spawn.

I'm not sure whether this counts, since: 

a) I haven't actually seen it in-game (I only saw it on the video I'm about to link), and; 
b) It's a bug that was in a mod (not in the base game).
