Sonic Forces

The next 3D Sonic title will be released in 2017 for the PS4, Xbox One, PC and NX.



I'm not really sure how I feel about Classic Sonic taking up the spotlight in both games. With that said this might be the game that gets Sonic fans back into the series since Generations was the last title to even do decent.

Really what interests me about this reveal trailer is that it's confirmed for NX, and the somewhat final looking logo for NX, and the fact that the text at the bottom mentions Nintendo copyrights, could "NX" actually be the final name for the console?

The game looks like it could be cool, but of course I'll wait to see more footage. Sonic '06 looked promising when it was revealed and obviously we all know how that turned out lmao.

I bet that the 'NX" logo will be blurred out the next time I look at this video in this thread. XD Also, this 'new game' reeks of a new 'Sonic Generations' game kind of feel impo.

^ Yeah it definitely seems like they're going for that approach, maybe Sonic Generations 2? It really seems like that's what they're going for at least, even if it doesn't end up being in the title.

Well, Kotaku basically called it Sonic Gen 2 so it's been confirmed. Or not, based on if you trust Kotaku for your gaming news source. XD

The game is officially titled Sonic Forces and releases this holiday season on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

Looks pretty good though the name could be a bit better.

The 3rd hero is a custom hero so now your DeviantArt OC can be made if the tools are there.





I guess this was a better outcome then Boom Sonic and I can see the sales being pretty good due to this reason alone.
