    Rogue One Empty Rogue One

    Thought this movie should have a thread Razz . 

    You're probably aware by now, but there's a new Star Wars spin-off out in the cinema, by the name of Rogue One. It's set shortly before the events of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, and it involves a band of spies whose mission it is to steal the plans for the Death Star. 

    I haven't seen it yet, but I expect I will in January (since one of my friends is getting some free cinema tickets then Razz ). Has anyone here seen it yet - and, if so, did you like it?

    Not yet, but I definitely plan to soon! I've heard it's pretty good, I mean I don't expect it to be as great as one of the main films but it sounds like a fun spin off. I'm actually going to a movie tomorrow so I may end up seeing it, otherwise I may go with my family in a week or two while I'm visiting with them.

    I'm kind of expecting this movie to be the one I go see with my Dad and his side of the family on his birthday on the 26th. With that said I'm sure I will end up seeing it at some point with how much my Dad likes Star Wars and it could be an enjoyable movie.

    Just to be clear, I refuse to watch any Disney based Star Wars movies. No matter how 'good' they are. That is all.

    My feelings may change with time, but for now my stance is firm.

    Well, I saw this movie with a couple of friends this weekend. 

    It was a fun ride, for sure. To be honest, the first two-thirds of the movie didn't really feel like Star Wars (the last third did) - but I enjoyed it for what it was Smile .
