I use to be bad with getting sick, but most of the time it was a overwealming build up of anxiety, but when I do get sick it stays for some time even weeks. I had a cold last year all through the summer holidays with a fever and being sick everyday, Mum thought I was faking it, so when I went to ASDA There was ALOT of mess in front of the door LOL.

Not too often. Maybe once or twice a year. Usually when I get sick it's kinda bad. I just had a pretty bad sore throat last week.
