Nintendo E3 Direct on June 11th

There will be a Nintendo Direct held on June 11th, the first day of E3, at 10 AM Eastern time. That's interesting yet I'm not surprised. It looks like the Nintendo Direct might be something bigger than E3, which is not something I'd really enjoy myself. Since it's actually on a day of E3, I'll likely actually watch it. Oh, and you can watch it here!

Hope they reveal some game information on Pikmin 3 and Yarn Yoshi.

^ This isn't on a specific topic, it's one of the big general Nintendo Directs, which they haven't actually done in a while. So I'm assuming they're going to show the stuff that wasn't announced at E3, repeating the information, or both.

For anyone wandering what will be show. Mario Kart U, Super Mario U, Smash Bros and other Wii U games. No news about a 3DS E3 Direct but I think there will be one in the same week.

Oh, if it's at E3, then I suppose that pretty much just means they would show the games they already announced at E3 again, in which case I will not watch it. (at least I likely won't at any rate) And also a 3DS Direct is also likely soon after like Gameguy said, I think there will be one, but not at E3. I think E3 this year will mainly focus on the Wii U.

The Nintendo Direct will drop the info on the games first. Because the show floor does not open until 12PM PST on Tuesday.

Oh. Well in that case...it kinda makes watching the E3 press conference kinda pointless. I honestly think they should have some things announced at E3 and some on the Nintendo Direct. (which is still possible, just unlikely) So I'll probably watch both just so I know. Even if I do have to go through repeated information in the E3 presentation.

This Nintendo Direct will last about an hour. So it's actually just barely shorter than the E3 press conference is, leading me to pretty much know it will be just showing everything about E3. I guess it gives me time to post some topics or posts about E3 and this Direct here. (along with Gameguy probably posting most of it )

June already, hm. This year is half over(hope it goes by quicker too; Winter Olympics)...

That aside, I don't particularly care for E3 in general and I seem to have pushed my video gaming habits as far as 7th Gen.. IDC for 8th and prolly never will.

Here's why I don't think it's true.

I don't think Iwata will talk about Pikmin 3 for 11 minutes.
The Mario games for six minutes could be true if there showing a new Mario sports game but it seems more like four minutes if you ask me.
New Super Luigi for five minutes. I hope this is not even in the Nintendo Direct.
Zelda will be more then two minutes if there showing the first look at the new Zelda game.
Smash Bros for four minutes is unlikely unless Iwata or Masahiro Sakurai and Bill talk little about it. Plus it will likely be the last thing in the Direct.
Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed Black Flag would be in Third Party games.
Only Two minutes for Sonic Lost World and the other Sonic game?

Of course it's fake. They haven't even posted a video on YT, and unless a screenshot of a YT video playlist was leaked (which I doubt would happen) it's not real, impossible.

But I agree Gameguy, way too long for Pikmin 3 and Luigi U, and way too short for most of the others. While I do think most of these things will be in the Direct (other than Luigi U hopefully) I doubt they would be of those lengths.

Yarn Yoshi will likely get it's own slot in the E3 Direct.

Sonic Lost World will be there and maybe a first look at the third Sonic game.

Does anyone think they know what Retro is showing or what the third Sonic game is?

Also does anyone think we will see some games we know nothing about.

I think Retro is working on a new IP or a new Metroid game.
I think the third Sonic game is a Mario and Sonic Kart for late 2014 or a Sonic spinoff.
Wii Sports U could be made since it sold good on the Wii and it's a game that can help people understand the Wii U more.
Lastly I think Next Level games is working on a new Mario Strikers so that the Wii U can have a soccer game with FIBA 14 only coming to the Xbox One.
