Items

I think the items were good and well-suited.
Just sometimes when people got a bullet bill in third-place...
Although I think sometimes the spiny shell comes up to often.

The items were good aside from a few bad items. Some items were useless like Blooper and POW, some were frustrating like TC.

I thought the item set was pretty good, Blooper like previously stated is useless however. I really thought the Lightning Cloud was annoying, it was a nice idea as an item, but really annoying.

I hated the Lighting Cloud and Pow Block.

I hope there not back in Mario Kart 8 because if one of the effects happens when your gladeing you will drop a few places and the Pow Block could pull you down from anti gravity.

Also it would like the Spiny Shell to be used over the Blue Shell from now on.

The other items are good though.

^ I agree, it's impossible to avoid, and it can't be wasted with it flying, since it doesn't hit any obstacles. But I can still see it being used in MK8 because with the anti-gravity, if it's on the ground then it couldn't get the player.
