Plenty more Wii U games to come in 2014

Satoru Iwata has said that there are plenty more unannounced Wii U games that could've been shown at E3. He noted that if they were shown too early, there would be too long a gap between the announcement and the actual release of the game, therefore they waited.

Honestly, I would've preferred if they'd at least given us an idea of one or two of the other games they're developing, I was really disappointed by the E3 Nintendo Direct, and there was a lot they still had that could've been shown off. They even said the Zelda Wii U game could've been shown at E3 too.

Wish they could've, just they should've shown the Yoshi game.
Hopefully the Nintendo Directs in the future will show more unannounced games.

If you mean Yarn Yoshi I don't care at all, I'm thinking they have multiple games that would've been Wii U sellers in early 2014, that would've excited people, and made them purchase Wii U rather than Playstation 4. That's why they should've been announced on the Nintendo Direct.

I'm at least glad there are some more games though, they'll probably show them in future Nintendo Directs.

I think it's a know fact that a new Fire Emblem, Animal Crossing and Paper Mario are in the works since Nintendo showed off those three titles before the 3DS came out. However we had to wait a long time for those games so it's better if we see them next year during Nintendo Direct or E3 in a more complete way.

We also know that a new Wii U Zelda is coming at some point and that an unnamed Sonic game is in the works. Likely a Mario & Sonic sports game.

I also think we will see a new Mario Party, tons of Mario sports games, a new Metroid, a new Kirby, a old game getting revived on Wii U, more of the Wii series and maybe a new Star Fox on the Wii U at some point.

Here's how I think Nintendo release  games in 2014.

January: Push Wii Fit U back so there's a game for January
February: Yarn Yoshi
March: A third party game and some new VC games
April: Mario Kart 8
May:X
June: Bayonetta 2
July: Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem
August: Mario Strikers or Punch Out
September: Star Fox  
October: The third Sonic game
November: Smash 4
December: Paper Mario or Fire Emblem

A new Metroid game is not currently in the works at all, so I don't expect that. Zelda U could maybe be in September instead of Starfox, however I think they are working on a new Starfox game for Wii U more like the original and 64, possibly for mid 2014 sometime.

Kirby Wii U is probably one of those titles, and Wii Sports U.

I really want them to revive the Star Fox series, the Wii U seems like the most likely system for a new installment. Only the upcoming Mario games and Smash Brothers grab my attention on the Wii U so far.
