I could see them making a new Metroid. However I think Star Fox might be dead since not many people bought the last new Star Fox game.

Yes, Metroid MUST have another game. Starfox, maybe not, but there are many fans of the series so I wouldn't mind seeing a new Starfox.

What would be really cool is a Metroid and Starfox crossover game! :3

I'd love to see new ones of both (new Prime, eh...) I mean I'm not the biggest fan of either of them but I still enjoy them both quite a bit, so I'd hope for more.

I think there should be a Metroid and Starfox crossover, although the two games are very different, it would be unique and a nice change.

No, as it would probably end up being a crappy game. Yea it sounds interesting but cross over titles usually lose out over which one is more popular & since both are fairly popular they could both end up losing something. (Such as bad gameplay, bad writing, & or etc.)

I like the concept of Nintendo games having a crossover, but with Starfox and Metroid, the only thing in common really is space. I can't really imagine how the interaction of Samus and Fox would be like. So, I'd like a crossover adventure game outside of Smash, but maybe other characters.

Well Smash Bros. was certainly very successful, so it really just depends. :3 But you're probably right since Metroid: Other M already has a lot of a bad criticism, which could lead to nobody wanting to get future Metroid titles.

There were actually rumors about a Metroid and Starfox crossover being developed some time ago (I can't remember when, it might've been 2 months, might've been 2 years XD) obviously that must've been a false rumor, but it seemed interesting enough.
