Purchasing things for others in the store: my question

Wouldn't it just be easier for members to purchase things for another member outright then to transfer points from one person to another when some one wants to purchase something for some one else? (I'm just wondering if I could purchase something from the store for some one with out them having to pay for it.)

Well Yusei, you can transfer up to 300 userpoints at a time, not enough for some things.
And if the person doesn't want it, it's useless.
For now, just transfer the points.

As Luma has mentioned, 300 points is not enough to purchase certain items from the store. However, it WOULD be easier to just purchase something from the store and have it given to another member. So if it's under 300 points...I'd be fine with you just purchasing the item directly for the other member.

So in other words if I wanted to purchase say a blog for some one; it's impossible to do so then? :/

Well actually, if you would like to do that, you could spend points in separate amounts each week, then the user would get the blog after the points have been transferred in full...you would have to send the points separately anyway if you wanted to give them over 300 points.

Ah I see. In other words; the points system here is a bit different then the points system for zetabaords. I was just curious. Thanks for the help!
