    Green Stars Greenstar
    There are three green stars in each level and there are other ways to get green stars on the map to unlock levels. I just get the green stars that I see in a level and come for the others that I can't find later and some are way harder to find then the star medals in 3D Land.

    I just find it strange that they chose Green Stars over Star Coins, we're all so used to collecting Star Coins in the modern Mario games...

    Because it's a 3D Mario game. Razz 
    The two galaxies had power stars and 3D Land had Comet Medals.

    Star Coins are stupid.

    3D Land's were officially called star coins actually, even if they did look like the comet medals from Galaxy 2. So that isn't at all true.

    No they were named star medals in 3D Land. The star coins are only in the NSMB games.
