There are quite a few, one of the first that come to mind is The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. It's near the bottom of my favourite Zelda games list, but I think it's an enjoyable and good game despite its flaws. I used to hate it at first, but it grew on me (and I grew out of the "dumb fanboy" age), yet I can't give the game the love I think it deserves. I see its flaws more than I see its positive aspects, especially when I try to think about my experiences with the game.
