Nostalgia

Do you feel nostalgia often? Whether it be a song, game, movie, or whatever else, when something reminds you of a good thought in the past it counts.

Now for me, there are a TON of things I feel nostalgia for. Including most video games, even ones I played RECENTLY I feel nostalgia for. Normally people associate this with things when you were very young, but for me, that's not the case. While there are plenty of things that are from a young age, recent events I still have the same feeling for as well. For example, thinking of the first tie I played my 3DS, which was only around 3 years ago. (actually...it would've been exactly 3 years ago on Thursday XD)

When looking back at my Myspace days, nostalgia hits me all the time. Even if it wasn't the best of times.

I try not to call anything Nostalgia. I think of it more as something a had a good time doing years ago like getting my 3DS or playing a classic game.

For me that feeling happens when I'm role playing with my friends & we role play through a similar situation; just with a different turn out I get the feeling of nostalgia from the time when I'd role played with them in the situation prior.

It happens when I listen to certain music; it reminds me of a role play for a certain character arch or what not.

But with gaming, I don't get too nostalgic because some games don't age very well over time I've found. Same with certain shows from the 80's & 90's.

It mostly happens to me when I hear music, like when I hear theme songs to shows or games that I watched/played when I was young I just get the nostalgic feels all down myself, that's what I felt when I rewatched the first couple seasons of Digimon.

Yes, I get nostalgic about all sorts of things. Especially old games and TV shows  .
